We’ve all met leaders who have an undeniable energy and confidence. How they carry themselves, their words, and their tone all send the same message: they are competent. They seem like natural born leaders. 

I want to be able to do that, we think. But it doesn’t come naturally to me. The truth is most leaders with excellent communications skills work at it. They are intentional with their communication. We all can develop our ability to communicate like a leader with the right strategies and practice. And leadership in the fast-paced world demands such skills. 

To develop our leadership communication, we will focus on being:

• Be Grounded - Reframe your mindset to stay grounded even when put on the spot.
